CDT Supervisors to present at the International Conference on Digital Technologies for Sustainable Crop Production.

The International Conference on Digital Technologies for Sustainable Crop Production (DIGICROP 2020) is a scientific event for those working within engineering, robotics, computer science, crop sciences, agricultural sciences, phenotyping and economics. 

The conference will take place online between 1st and 10th November 2020 and is organised by the German Cluster of Excellence “PhenoRob – Robotics and Phenotyping for Sustainable Crop Production” at the University of Bonn, Germany. CDT Director, Tom Duckett, works with the University of Bonn as a member of the PhenoRob International Scientific Advisory Board. Read more about the PhenoRob project here

It has also been confirmed that CDT supervisors, Marc Hanheide and Grzegorz Ceilniak will be presenting at the conference.

Pre-recorded video talks will be available from 1st November with the live Q&A sessions occurring throughout the day on 10th November.

It is set to be an interesting opportunity to bring together researchers across various disciplines with the goal of making contributions to sustainability in the context of crop production, crop breeding, biodiversity, or our ecosystems.
