Gender and other issues around equality, diversity and inclusion, primarily in the workplace.
Prof Abigail Powell is Director of Research at the University of Lincoln’s Eleanor Glanville Institute and Professor of Sociology and Social Policy. Her research is underpinned by her passion for social justice and equality and through her work she hopes to support, facilitate and create positive social change.
